Kot David Adhal Nguar is a Ph.D. Candidate in Management at the University of Rome – Tor Vergata, Italy. He is an author of many articles and his research interest includes; digital government, digital economy, public management reforms, Poverty and income inequality focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa. He is a graduate of Master of Science in Business Administration at the University of Rome – Tor Vergata, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Uganda Christian University, Uganda. He has worked extensively with the UNO, INGOs, NNGOs, CSOs, CBOs and research institutes.

This study shall provide an empirical understanding of the role of higher education in promoting peacebuilding and economic transformation among university students. It shall adopt the 4Rs model and a mixed method in two private universities and two public universities in two regions of South Sudan.
